All you need to know about the studio

“SoBe Fit Body” specializes in reformer classes.
We offer both Pilates and Ultimate Conditioning (Bootcamp on the reformer)
We are using the allegro 2 Reformer, the latest equipment on the market.

Miami or Miami Beach residents can start with the “New client special”:
$49 for 1 week of classes.

Allowing you to take up to one class a day for a week in order to try out the studio.
If you are visiting , you are welcome to purchase a drop in class or any of the packages.

Once the “New Client Special” ends, you can pay per class, get a package or become a member.

  • Drop in rate $35/class
  • 10 class package $300 valid for 3 months
  • 20 class package $480 valid for 6 months
  • For the membership, we have different prices depending on the length.
  • One month – one class a day $319
  • 3 months – one class a day $299/month
  • 6 months – one class a day $279/month
  • 12 months one class a day $259/month
  • 12 months-up to 12 class per month $179 ( or $15/class if you use them all )

(Please note that if you do not use the 12 classes allowed each month, they do not transfer from one month to the other.)

-Fitness clothing and no shoes is the correct attire for the class.
You can be barefoot or use Toesox (we do not sell them in the studio so bring your own if you prefer to use them).

-We have 8 reformers and the classes fill up fast, so online registration ahead of time is required. Drop-ins are not allowed but you can register up until 5 minutes before the beginning of the class, either from your computer or directly from your phone through the “Mindbody App”.

-The teachers all have different teaching styles.
For Pilates, we do mostly modern, fitness oriented Pilates.
The Ultimate Conditioning class is not Pilates, it’s more intense and we like to describe it as “Bootcamp on the reformer”.
You don’t need prior experience for that particular class, but be prepare to sweat.

All classes are mixed level, if you have no prior experience in Pilates, the morning classes are slower than the evening ones.

If you have any type of injuries or specific medical issues, a group class might not be a good fit for you. In that case we recommend that you contact us to schedule a private class.

Also, if you are a complete beginner, you will get the most out of the group classes if you can invest in a few private classes in order to understand better the form and the specific vocabulary…but, in case it’s not an option for you and you don’t have any type of medical/physical issues, you’re welcome to do the morning classes to start with.

For Privates and semi –privates, send us an email to discuss scheduling.

  • Private $95/hour or $850 for 10 classes
  • Semi –privates $55/person/hour

Intro to Pilates : 2 Privates + 3 Group Class : $250

-For parking, you can park on Alton Road, or the municipal parking between West Avenue and Lincoln Road, or the metered parking next to Epicure.
Please make sure not to park behind the studio, it’s a private parking for employees only and your car will be towed.

-We have lockers but no shower.

-In order to attend the classes, you will need to create a profile online so you can manage your schedule since we can’t do it over the phone.
The door is locked once the class starts.
No one is allowed in late.

The studio opens 10 minutes before the beginning of the class, and you need to be registered ahead of time in order to attend the group class.

Cancellation Policy:

There is a 12 hour cancellation policy on all regularly scheduled classes.

For late cancels on packages (less than 12 hours) and no-shows, one session will be deducted from the pack.

For Unlimited Membership (including “New Client Special”): late cancels and no-shows will be charged $25 to the credit card on file.

If the card doesn’t go through for this charge, your account will be put on hold and won’t be reactivated until the late cancellation fee can be processed. There are no exceptions to this “Late cancellation fee” rule so please don’t ask. Reservations have to be cancelled online through the “My Schedule” tab in your account.

For packages please make sure to use the classes left in your account before the expiration date. It is your responsibility to monitor the expiration date. No extensions are given on single class, packages or paid in full memberships. No exceptions. No refunds on any purchases.
